How does Boost Share work?
A user submits or creates an approved share link. E-Global generates a special landing page where visitors can view the shared content details and choose to visit the original source.
Can I use Boost Share for any link?
No. Only approved links that follow platform rules, content standards, and policy requirements can be used.
How does Boost Share engagement work?
Boost Share engagement may be tracked based on valid visits, approved user actions, content interaction, and other platform rules. Invalid, repeated, skipped, automated, or suspicious activity may not count.
How is Boost Share different from Direct Share?
Boost Share mainly promotes approved links through a special landing page, while Direct Share allows eligible users to create or submit promotional content directly for sharing based on platform rules.
What happens when someone clicks “Visit Original Content”?

How do I update my profile?

Redemption

A redemption request may remain pending while the platform verifies your account, confirms eligibility, reviews the balance source, or processes the request through the approved payment method.

EGPoints are internal participation units used inside E-Global Hive for eligible activities. They are not cash, not securities, and are only used according to platform rules.
Why have I not received my reward yet?
Some rewards may remain pending while the platform validates the activity, reviews eligibility, or completes batch processing. You will be notified when the reward status is updated.

Can I delete my uploaded video?
Yes. Go to Profile > My Videos, open the options menu on the video, and select Delete. Deleted videos may not be recovered.
Why was my content removed or hidden?
Content may be removed or hidden if it violates platform rules, copyright rules, community standards, or moderation policies.
Why is my video still processing?
Video processing may take some time depending on file size, network strength, and server processing. Please wait for the upload and processing to complete.
