E-GLOBAL COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Creating, Sharing and Participating Responsibly
E-Global is a social media and digital ecosystem built for creators, viewers, supporters, communities, businesses and campaign owners.
For the platform to remain useful, welcoming and trustworthy, everyone must participate responsibly.
These Community Guidelines explain the standards expected from users across:
• Activity Rewards
• Creator profiles and videos
• The Creators Ecosystem
• E-Spark Gifting
• Boost Share
• Direct Share
• Comments and community interaction
• Campaign landing pages
• Promotional videos
• EGPoint-related activities
• Other supported E-Global experiences
These guidelines apply to both the E-Global mobile application and the E-Global Hive website.
The mobile application is called E-Global.
The public website is called E-Global Hive.
RESPECT THE COMMUNITY
Every user should treat other people with dignity and respect.
E-Global should be a place where creators can express themselves, viewers can discover content and communities can interact without unnecessary harassment or intimidation.
Users must not:
• Threaten other people
• Bully or harass users
• Use degrading or abusive language
• Encourage violence
• Target people repeatedly
• Shame or humiliate others
• Publish private information without permission
• Organise harassment against creators or viewers
• Encourage harmful behaviour
Disagreement is allowed.
Abuse is not.
Users may express different opinions, but they should do so without threatening, insulting or deliberately harming others.
CREATOR RESPONSIBILITY
Creators are responsible for the videos, images, audio, captions, titles and information they publish.
Creators should make sure their content is:
• Original or properly authorised
• Honest and not deliberately misleading
• Suitable for the intended audience
• Respectful of other users
• Compliant with copyright rules
• Free from prohibited material
• Consistent with applicable laws
• Connected to genuine creator activity
Creators should not upload content simply to manipulate platform activity.
The purpose of creating on E-Global should remain creativity, communication, education, entertainment, information, community building or another approved purpose.
ORIGINAL CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT
Users should only publish content they own, created themselves or are authorised to use.
This applies to:
• Videos
• Music
• Images
• Graphics
• Articles
• Voice recordings
• Logos
• Campaign materials
• Product images
• Other creative works
Users must not:
• Reupload another creator’s work without permission
• Remove another creator’s watermark or branding
• Present copied content as original
• Use copyrighted music without authorisation
• Promote pirated material
• Copy another person’s campaign
• Use protected brand material deceptively
Giving credit does not always replace the need for permission.
Content may be removed when copyright ownership cannot be established or when a valid complaint is received.
SAFE AND APPROPRIATE CONTENT
Users should avoid publishing content that may harm other people or the wider community.
Prohibited or restricted content may include:
• Graphic violence
• Sexual or adult material
• Child exploitation
• Dangerous challenges
• Instructions for serious wrongdoing
• Terrorist or extremist content
• Hate speech
• Illegal products or services
• Fraudulent schemes
• Malware or phishing links
• Content encouraging self-harm
• Other harmful or unlawful material
Some educational, documentary or public-interest content may require additional context and review.
The platform may limit, label or remove content when necessary.
CHILD AND YOUNGER-USER SAFETY
Children and younger users require additional protection.
Users must not publish, request or distribute content that exploits, sexualises, endangers or manipulates children.
Creators should avoid:
• Encouraging dangerous activities involving children
• Collecting private information from minors
• Creating inappropriate private communication
• Using children in misleading promotions
• Pressuring younger users to purchase or send gifts
• Publishing a child’s sensitive information
Parents or guardians should supervise younger users where required.
Certain platform features may be restricted according to age, country or account eligibility.
NO FAKE OR MANIPULATED ACTIVITY
E-Global is built around genuine participation.
Users must not create artificial activity through:
• Bots
• Automated viewing tools
• Fake accounts
• Purchased views
• Purchased followers
• Artificial comments
• Repeated self-clicking
• Click farms
• Device manipulation
• Network manipulation
• Coordinated fake engagement
• Unauthorised software
• Duplicate participation
Artificial activity may be rejected, removed or reversed.
Accounts involved in repeated manipulation may be restricted or suspended.
ACTIVITY REWARDS PARTICIPATION
Activity Rewards is intended for genuine creator and viewer activity.
Viewers should watch content because they are interested in it.
Creators should publish content because they have something meaningful to share.
Users should not repeatedly open and close videos simply to create artificial records.
Eligible Activity Rewards recognition may depend on:
• Meaningful viewing
• Genuine creator activity
• Account eligibility
• Content eligibility
• Feature availability
• Platform validation
• Fraud-prevention checks
Not every action automatically qualifies.
THE CREATORS ECOSYSTEM
The Creators Ecosystem is powered by genuine content, engagement, gifting and approved platform activity.
It is not an investment programme.
Users must not describe it as:
• A guaranteed-income system
• A fixed-return programme
• A passive investment opportunity
• A scheme where payment guarantees profit
• A risk-free financial programme
Creators may be connected automatically to applicable creator participation through eligible activity.
Eligible viewers and sharers may choose whether to enable their own participation through the available account controls.
All participation remains subject to platform rules and validation.
E-SPARK GIFTING GUIDELINES
E-Spark Gifting is a voluntary creator-support feature.
Users should send gifts only when they genuinely wish to appreciate a creator.
Creators must not:
• Pressure viewers to send gifts
• Promise returns for gifts
• Describe gifting as an investment
• Threaten users who do not send gifts
• Offer prohibited services in exchange for gifts
• Create fake gifting campaigns
• Manipulate gifting between connected accounts
• Mislead users about gift distribution
Supporters should:
• Confirm the correct creator
• Review the required EGPoints
• Understand that gifting is voluntary
• Protect account information
• Avoid suspicious requests
• Report creators who pressure or mislead them
Gifting should remain connected to appreciation, encouragement and genuine creator support.

Users should ensure that the original content:
• Is publicly accessible
• Is safe and lawful
• Matches the campaign description
• Does not violate copyright
• Does not contain fraudulent information
• Uses a working destination link
• Is suitable for the intended audience
Users must not create misleading Boost Share entries.
The campaign title, thumbnail and description should accurately represent the original content.
Sharers should share campaigns with relevant audiences.
Posting the same campaign repeatedly in unrelated groups may be treated as spam.
Sharing alone does not automatically qualify as valid participation.
DIRECT SHARE GUIDELINES
Direct Share allows campaign owners to create structured promotional landing pages.
Campaign owners must ensure that the landing page and optional 60-second promotional video are:
• Accurate

The video should explain:
• What the campaign is about
• What is being offered
• Who may benefit
• What information is on the landing page
• What the visitor should do next
The video must match the written campaign information.
It should not contain claims that are false, exaggerated or missing from the landing page.
HONEST BUSINESS AND ADVERTISING CLAIMS

Campaigns must not include:
• Guaranteed results
• False customer reviews
• Fake discounts
• False scarcity
• Misleading prices
• Hidden conditions
• Unverified health claims
• Fraudulent financial claims
• Fake employment opportunities
• Misleading earnings promises
Important conditions should be presented clearly.
Visitors should not be tricked into taking an action they do not understand.
SPAM AND REPETITIVE CONTENT
Users should not flood the platform or external communities with repetitive or irrelevant content.
Spam may include:
• Posting the same comment repeatedly
• Sharing unrelated campaigns in many groups
• Sending unwanted promotional messages
• Creating duplicate campaigns
• Publishing meaningless repeated videos
• Using misleading tags
• Repeatedly contacting users who have not responded
• Posting automated comments
Promotional activity should remain relevant and respectful.
IMPERSONATION AND FALSE IDENTITY
Users must not pretend to be another person, business or organisation.
Impersonation may include:
• Copying another creator’s profile
• Using another company’s logo deceptively
• Pretending to represent E-Global
• Creating a fake support account
• Using another person’s photograph misleadingly
• Claiming false qualifications
• Pretending to be a public organisation
Parody or fan accounts should be clearly identified where allowed.
Users should report accounts that appear to be impersonating others.
PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Users should protect their own information and respect the privacy of others.
Do not publicly share:
• Passwords
• One-time verification codes
• Identification documents
• Bank or payment details
• Private addresses

E-Global representatives should not request passwords or one-time verification codes through private messages.

EGPOINT RESPONSIBILITY
EGPoints should only be used through supported E-Global features.
Users must not:
• Attempt to alter balances
• Buy EGPoints from unauthorised individuals
• Use stolen payment information
• Manipulate transactions
• Create duplicate requests
• Abuse redemption systems
• Use gifting to move EGPoints improperly
• Offer unofficial EGPoint exchange services
• Promise guaranteed EGPoint multiplication
Users should use only the official options displayed within E-Global or E-Global Hive.
COMMENTS AND COMMUNITY INTERACTION
Comments and community interaction should add value.
Users may:
• Ask respectful questions
• Share genuine opinions
• Encourage creators
• Give constructive feedback
• Participate in relevant discussions
Users must not:
• Threaten others
• Post hateful comments
• Share private information
• Spam promotional links
• Harass creators

Creators may moderate their communities according to available platform tools.
REPORTING CONTENT AND ACCOUNTS
Users should report content or accounts that may violate these guidelines.
Reports may relate to:
• Fraud
• Harassment
• Copyright infringement
• Impersonation
• Harmful content
• Suspicious links
• Fake campaigns
• Spam
• Child-safety concerns
• Artificial activity
• Other serious violations
Reports should be made honestly.
Submitting false reports repeatedly to harm another person may itself violate platform rules.
A report does not automatically prove that a violation occurred.
The platform may review the available information before taking action.
CONTENT REVIEW AND MODERATION
E-Global may use a combination of:
• Automated detection
• Keyword filters
• Activity analysis
• User reports
• Administrative review
• Copyright complaints
• Security systems
Content may be:
• Approved
• Limited
• Flagged
• Removed
• Sent for further review
Some legitimate content may be reviewed automatically when it contains sensitive words, images or topics.
Users should provide accurate context when requested.
ACCOUNT AND CONTENT ACTIONS
When a guideline is violated, E-Global may take actions such as:
• Rejecting content
• Removing a video
• Pausing a campaign
• Restricting comments
• Disabling a feature
• Removing invalid activity
• Reversing fraudulent records
• Requiring verification
• Temporarily suspending an account
• Permanently disabling an account
The action taken may depend on:
• The seriousness of the violation
• Whether harm occurred
• Whether the behaviour was repeated
• Whether the account attempted to evade restrictions
• Applicable legal obligations
Serious violations may lead to immediate action.
APPEALS AND REVIEWS
Where available, users may be allowed to request a review of certain moderation decisions.
A review request should explain clearly:
• What decision is being challenged
• Why the user believes it was incorrect
• What supporting information is available
• Whether the content has been corrected
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will be changed.
The review will depend on the applicable rules and available information.
RESPONSIBLE CREATOR GROWTH
Creators should build communities through:
• Original content
• Consistency
• Honest communication
• Audience respect
• Genuine engagement
• Safe creator practices
• Responsible promotion
• Community trust
Creators should not focus only on numbers.
A smaller genuine community can be more valuable than a large artificial audience.
Long-term creator growth comes from trust, quality and consistency.
RESPONSIBLE VIEWER PARTICIPATION
Viewers help shape the E-Global community.
Viewers should:
• Watch content genuinely
• Follow creators they appreciate
• Interact respectfully
• Report harmful material
• Avoid artificial activity
• Protect their accounts
• Support creators voluntarily
• Share campaigns responsibly
Viewers should not participate only to manipulate recognition or platform records.
RESPONSIBLE SHARING
Users should think before sharing.
Before sharing a Boost Share or Direct Share campaign, users should ask:
• Do I understand this campaign?
• Is the information clear?
• Is the destination safe?
• Is the campaign relevant to my audience?
• Does the campaign appear truthful?
• Does it comply with platform rules?
Users should not share suspicious campaigns simply because they expect recognition.

Businesses should use E-Global to build trust.
A responsible business should:
• Present correct information
• Use safe links
• Update campaign details
• Respond professionally
• Honour stated conditions
• Avoid false promises
• Respect users’ privacy
• Comply with applicable laws
Businesses that repeatedly mislead users may lose access to campaign features.

Users participating in live experiences should not:
• Harass creators
• Share prohibited content
• Manipulate live activity
• Pressure users to send gifts
• Publish private information
• Encourage dangerous behaviour
Creators hosting live activities should moderate responsibly and follow applicable rules.
